Trade Printed HIPS or High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) white gloss plastic sheet for use within the Point of Sale (POS), print, packaging, display and signage markets.
HIPS is a versatile, cost-effective and lightweight thermoplastic material with high impact strength. It boasts excellent forming capabilities, making it easy to extrude, vacuum form, mould and bend into shape.
It is FDA compliant/food safe, so an ideal plastic for use within the food and packaging industries where food contact safety is paramount. HIPS can also be printed using a variety of printing methods including screen printing and offset lithography.
HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) sheet has marginal resistance to impact and tearing.
Our inks offer superb UV resistance and are waterproof, making the product suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Trade printed HIPS is often used for Signs, I. D. Cards, Name Tags, Dials / Decals and Point of Sale Applications.
