Each board has real wood grain. So every sign looks a little different.
What is trade printed plywood?
Our trade printed plywood is made from graded 12mm poplar or beech-faced plywood from a sustainable source.
Each board is CNC cut to shape. Then it is sanded on the faces and edges. This gives a cleaner finish. (Important! make sure you leave at least 25mm space between items on a sheet for cutting quality, we cut with a 6mm bit and require tab space)
Complex shapes or small items are not recommended and print right up to edges can sometimes chip as this is a natural product.
Your artwork is printed direct-to-board using water-based HP Latex eco inks.
You can also add an optional weather protection coating. Plus, you can choose from a range of fixings.
